His investment experience spans multiple stages of corporate growth and a range of transaction structures — Pre-IPO investments, Series C and late-stage growth, emerging and innovation board opportunities, directed capital increases, convertible bonds (CBs), IPO auctions, and public-market value investing.

Beyond investing capital, Wilson works as a long-term capital partner between companies and capital — connecting exceptional businesses with aligned investors, strategic resources and long-term capital, and collaborating with like-minded partners on research, co-investment and value creation.

Wilson 曾任職於國際商業銀行、投資公司、勤業眾信會計事務所 Deloitte & Touche，累積金融、企業顧問與策略相關經驗。跨越金融、顧問、創業與投資的背景，使他在評估投資機會時，不只從財務數字出發，也從企業經營、產業競爭與資本市場三個角度理解一家公司真正的價值。

Wilson previously worked with an international commercial bank, an investment firm and Deloitte & Touche, building experience across finance, advisory and corporate strategy. That combination of finance, consulting, entrepreneurship and investing lets him read a company not only through its financial numbers, but through its operations, its competitive position and the capital markets around it.

Wilson 畢業於北京大學，取得低碳技術與經濟碩士學位，研究領域涵蓋 Carbon Finance。

Wilson holds a Master’s degree from Peking University in Low-Carbon Technology & Economics, with academic work related to Carbon Finance.

他亦為《投資人生》作者。

He is also the author of Investing in Life（《投資人生》）。
